The Religious Formation Conference has a firm commitment to the privacy of its members and the information entrusted to the Conference through printed material or through electronic means such as this website. 

Collection of Printed Information 

Member information received by RFC through printed material such as membership applications, program registrations, etc. and through electronic means such as e-mails, web responses, etc. are for the use of the Conference only. Such information is not shared beyond the member- ship of RFC (through mailing labels, etc.) without the authorization of the Executive Director; such authorizations are rare. 

Information collected in this manner is shared only with members of RFC, through the annual printed Member- ship Directory, and possibly through certain pages of this site. 

Website Collection of Information 

Information submitted from members to the webmaster (national office) through this website is at this time confined to e-mail messages. All content of those messages, unless otherwise indicated will not be shared beyond the Conference. To meet the Fair Information practices as defined by the U.S. Government, if at any time any member information collected on this site is requested by third parties, members will be given the opportunity to choose whether they wish to have such information shared by contacting the national office by phone or fax or notifying the webmaster. 

Members may have the opportunity to correct or update their information through the same methods. 

Electronically generated information such as a visitor's browser types, IP addresses, etc. will not be shared beyond the Conference. This website does not use "cookies". It does not accept advertising from sources outside the Conference or have any special relationships with commercial sites. 

Links to organizations and others outside the Conference are included on the site with permission of the cited organization and visits to those sites are subject to that organization's own privacy policies for their site. At any time in the future should guest books, electronic surveys, electronic registration and payment options, etc. be initiated which may contain contact information, financial information, demographic information, they also will included in RFC's commitment to privacy.
