Congress 2021

“But for you who fear My name, the sun of justice will rise with healing in its wings...."
-Malachi 4:2

Our Church and world are in need of justice and healing.

As people of faith we are called to arise and give witness to Christ's Good News of justice, love, and peace.

  • In what ways is religious life generally, and formation ministry in particular, attending to the 'rising' of God's love, justice and healing?
  • How are we discerning and naming the 'new risings' emerging today?
  • In what ways can the transformative power of healing and reconcilation undergird approaches to faith and justice?

The Congress theme both focuses our attention and deepens our awareness of the God-horizon laid out before us.

Join us in Chicago as we traverse this unfolding path.

Congress 2021

Over 300 attendees are expected to participate in the 2021 Congress November 4-7. Participants from every region of the U.S. – and even some international attendees – will descend upon Chicago for several days of connection and networking, dialogue and learning, prayer and Eucharist.

Together, we’ll embody the now of religious life and give expression to our future as Catholic Sisters and Brothers!

Congress is a biennial national gathering that offers presentations and seminars that engage, educate, and strengthen formators in their ministry of formation. Topics touch on both initial and lifelong (ongoing) formation. Congress is ideal for formation and leadership personnel as well as partners and collaborators in religious formation.
