- The discount deadline is Sunday, October 15th at which time prices increase. Congress packages are not available after the October 15th discount deadline.
- Non-members are not eligible for Congress registration packages.
- Price includes major meals except for breakfasts and Friday evening's "free night." Pre and Post Congress Workshop price includes lunch that day.

The 2023 Congress will take place at the Marriott Chicago O'Hare near O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in the Northwest part of the city. Special accommodations have been made for our guests at the Congress hotel.

- The group rate of $134 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes) is available 3 days pre/post event (based on hotel availability and room type).
- Discounted self-parking is available at $9.00 per car, per day.
- Complimentary O'Hare Shuttle service is available for overnight guests, based on hotel's schedule. There is no shuttle service from Midway International Airport.
- Complimentary wireless internet service provided in guest rooms.
- Local telephone charges waived in guest rooms.
- Complimentary access for guests to fitness center and indoor/outdoor pool.
