Congress is the Conference's biennial national gathering. In his letter announcing the 2025 Jubilee Year of Hope, Pope Francis affirmed: "We must fan the flame of hope that has been given us, and help everyone to gain new strength and certainty by looking to the future with an open spirit, a trusting heart, and a far-sighted vision." It is in this spirit that we have chosen “Pilgrims of Hope, Prophets of Light” as the Congress emphasis.
