Fear, Faith, and Religious Life in the Context of Global Crisis

You're invited to join Fr. Daniel Horan, OFM and the New England Member Area for this Zoom conversation on Sunday, November 15th at 2:00pm eastern time.

We are living through unprecedented times of great challenges and anxiety. Social, political, and ecclesial division is high, global climate change poses an existential threat to all life, the COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc around the globe and especially in the United States, and the persistence of systemic racial injustice in our communities is on the hearts and minds of women and men of good will. This presentation examines the relationship between fear and faith in these times, particularly as it relates to religious life and formation in religious life today.

While this is a free offering, registration is required below. All are welcome.

Format of virtual gathering:

  • Welcome & introuctions
  • Main presentation by Fr. Daniel Horan, OFM
  • Q&A with participants
