Ryan serves as the Associate Director of the Religious Formation Conference (RFC). He has an extensive background in Catholic nonprofit organizational leadership. His primary areas of focus include mission effectiveness, marketing and communications, and leadership development.
Ryan’s worked in professional roles at Iowa State University, Loyola University Chicago, Catholic Theological Union, and Giving Voice. He's also consulted on a variety of faith-based initiatives and projects.
Ryan has masters degrees in Higher Education Administration (Iowa State University) and Spirituality (Loyola University Chicago). He completed the Ecumenical Doctor of Ministry program (Catholic Theological Union) in May 2020 with an emphasis in Educating for Witness. Ryan also holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership (McCormick Theological Seminary).
