A child needs medical care. A family loses its home. An older adult feels alone. A woman needs training to support her family.
In communities across six countries, the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and their ministry partners respond with practical help. They provide education, health care, social services, pastoral outreach and support for people too often overlooked.
This work begins with listening. The Sisters learn what a community needs, then work alongside local people to respond.
Sometimes that means medicine or a meal. It may mean school supplies, job training, transportation or a safe place to live. Often, it means being present during a difficult time.
