Twenty-four Sisters from communities across the province gathered at Nazareth Convent in Ranchi Oct. 3-4, 2026, for a preparatory workshop for Province Assembly 2027.
The two-day workshop offered time to reflect on community life and mission, share experiences and consider ways to serve together more collaboratively.
Sister Basanti Lakra, vice provincial, welcomed the participants and resource persons. She encouraged the Sisters to use the gathering as an opportunity for reflection and preparation for the assembly.
Sisters Reena Theruvankunnel, Usha Saldanha and Josephine Kisku led the sessions, guiding participants through reflections and group discussions. The Sisters explored the joys and challenges of community life, along with opportunities to live their mission with greater intention and cooperation.
Through listening, sharing and discernment, participants renewed their commitment to community life and mission as they continued preparing for Province Assembly 2027.
