Strengthening Bonds
This past weekend, Sisters of Charity Associates hosted multiple community gatherings filled with connection. On Saturday morning, May 16, candidates and their companions gathered for a meaningful Half-Day Retreat, taking time for reflection, prayer, and shared conversation as they continue discerning and deepening their relationship with the Sisters of Charity mission and charism. Later that afternoon, all were invited to gather in the Motherhouse Dining Room for the annual Spring Fling Lunch Social. The event offered an opportunity to reconnect and celebrate the spirit of community. The weekend concluded on Sunday, May 17 with an Ice Cream Social in Mother Margaret Hall. Residents and guests enjoyed sweet treats and a relaxing afternoon shared in community. The weekend provided an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of friendship, hospitality, and shared mission.
