In Nepal, Sisters recently welcomed a group of wheelchair athletes who showed skill, teamwork, and competition on the court. Their visit gave patients, staff, and visitors the opportunity to see wheelchair basketball up close and to learn more about the sport and the lives of the players involved in it.

During the program, one of the guests was presented with a small plant as a sign of welcome and appreciation. The athletes spoke with those present, answered questions, and showed how sports can still be enjoyed even by those with disabilities. The visit encouraged reflection on inclusion, ability, and the many ways people meet challenges and pursue goals.
